About the Role
Lead high-precision LOD 400/500 bridge modeling, automated 3D rebar detailing, and Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) extraction in Autodesk Revit.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop parametric 3D/4D bridge BIM models aligned with road and railway corridors.
- Model complete 3D rebar layouts for complex substructures, pier caps, and segmental bridge decks.
- Extract and verify automated Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) and material takeoff reports.
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary clash detection with prestressing cables, drainage, and utilities.
Qualifications
- 1Degree in Civil / Structural / Bridge Engineering.
- 23+ years of professional BIM modeling experience in Autodesk Revit & Navisworks.
- 3Proficient in rebar detailing standards, shop drawing generation, and BBS automation.
- 4Experience with visual programming (Dynamo) is a strong advantage.
